Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every product you order from Skinza. But if something doesn’t feel right, don’t worry — we’ve got a fair and simple return and refund policy.

✅ Return Eligibility

You can return items if:

  • It’s within 30 days of your purchase.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • It’s not a sale item, personal care, or opened skincare (unless it arrived defective or damaged).

 


 

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Must be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging.

  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit instead.

 


 

💸 Refunds

We process refunds based on the reason for return:

  • Full Refund: For defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • Partial Refund: For used/opened items (subject to inspection).

  • Store Credit: For change-of-mind returns or partial refunds.

Refund Timeline: Usually within 5–10 business days (might take longer during sales or holidays).

Refund Methods:

  • Bank transfer (if original method isn’t available)

📦 How to Return

  1. Contact Support: Email or call us with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Provide Proof: Send clear photos of the item and describe the issue.

  3. Get Return Approval: We’ll share the return instructions if eligible.

  4. Ship It Back:

    • Defective item? We cover the shipping.

    • Change of mind? You’ll handle the shipping cost.

  5. Pack it properly: Use original packaging to avoid damage in transit.

 


 

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items can’t be returned unless they’re defective:

  • Used or opened skincare & personal care products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened perfumes, lotions, talcs

 


 

🛠️ Received Something Wrong or Broken?

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Send photos and describe the issue

  • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability
